Swimmers Excel at Metro Invitational

Centennial’s swim team had a great overall performance this weekend at the Metro Invite!  Friday night began the meet with great diving from all, led by Chase Barron and Kristen Drexinger.  Saturday morning saw a lot of swimmers getting new best times - as well as Mason Gay and Drew Calvario getting their first state cuts.  And to wrap things up, the team had a great night at finals with both the boys’ and girls’ teams finishing 9th.  Our combined team score brought us to 10th place out of 24 teams.  Congratulations to all on a great day of swimming!
