Thomas Awarded Scholarship

 

 

 

Before our holiday break, a representative from Georgia College and State University presented Evan Gardner Thomas with the Dean's Merit Scholarship, which is one of the awards from the President's Scholarship Competition that is held every year for potential incoming freshmen. His scholarship is for $3000, which goes on top of his HOPE/Zell Miller Scholarship. He has also been accepted to the Honors Program and has a spot in Bell Hall, the only centrally located residence hall on campus.
