FBLA Supports March of Dimes

Members of Centennial’s FBLA recently participated in the North Fulton March of Dimes March for Babies.  The club members manned the Remembrance Booth to help families pay tribute to children.   They were able to help create a banner of white, light purple, and dark purple cloths that will be stitched together to make an even bigger banner.  The white colored cloths represented babies who did not survive.  The light purple cloths represented babies who were born prematurely and the dark purple represented babies who were born healthy.  A donation of $50.00 was also given from the chapter.

The mission of March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. The March of Dimes provides mothers, pregnant women and women of childbearing age with educational resources on baby health, pregnancy, as well as supplying information and support to families affected by prematurity, birth defects, or other infant health problems. This year's walk was a huge success in thanks to all of our FBLA volunteers and contributors!
